Electrostatic properties: Antiestatic
EN 1149-3 tests the ability to dissipate electrostatic charges from the surface of the garment material; it tests the ability to discharge electrostatic charges in the air and thus not conduct them to the wearer of the garment.
Protection against flame and heat during welding and allied processes
EN 11611 manages protection against flame and heat during welding and allied processes. Fabric should not flame, hole formation is forbidden as molten or flaming debris are excluded, no afterglow is allowed.

EN 11612 manages the protection against heat and flame in industrial fields excepting the welding sector.
Limited protection against liquid chemicals
EN ISO 13034 covers limited-use protective clothing (Type 6) that offers basic protection against light chemical splashes in low-risk environments.

The IEC 61482 2 standard specifies requirements and test methods applicable to materials and garments for protection against the termal hazards of an electric arc.
High visibility clothing for enhanced worker safety
EN ISO 20471 specifies requirements for high-visibility clothing to ensure worker safety in high-risk areas by using fluorescent and retroreflective materials for visibility in both daylight and darkness.
